These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbajer platform and all its services ("Services"). By opening an account on the platform or using any of the services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

xbajer is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in English for Bangladeshi users. These Terms are the governing version and shall be considered final.

1.1 Scope of Application

Users must confirm for themselves that online betting is lawful in their location. Compliance with local laws is entirely the user's own responsibility. xbajer bears no responsibility for any violation of local laws by the user.

To open an account on xbajer, users must meet the following conditions. Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• A valid mobile number must be provided that has not been used on any other xbajer account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• The account is for personal use only — betting on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for ensuring the security of their account. Please notify the xbajer support team immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity. xbajer will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided in the account changes, the user is obligated to update it immediately. An account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed due to outdated or false information.

xbajer reserves the right to initiate an identity verification process at any time to confirm a user's identity. Verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• A selfie photo if required.

3.2 Verification Process

After the required documents are submitted, xbajer will complete the verification within a reasonable time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold while verification is in progress. Providing false information during verification will result in the account being immediately closed.

xbajer supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be returned.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

xbajer offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully before use.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance will be ৳42,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used for betting activities.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• Suspicious activity aimed at taking advantage of bonuses will result in bonus cancellation.

5.3 VIP Program

xbajer operates a special loyalty program with four VIP tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Tier changes are based on play consistency and activity. Cashback is credited to the account at the end of each week.

The following rules apply to betting activities on xbajer. All betting activities are conducted fairly and transparently.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• All bets are deducted from the user's account balance.
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the relevant amount will be refunded.
• Market prices may change before an event starts — the last approved price is final.

6.2 Determining Results

xbajer relies on official sources and announcements from the relevant authorities to determine betting results. In the event of any dispute, xbajer's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

xbajer's casino games are operated through third-party game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure the fairness and reliability of games. Game results are not predetermined and each round is conducted independently.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajer platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or fake identity.
• Strategic irregular betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Betting on opposite sides of the same event to guarantee a specific outcome (arbitrage).
• Betting through software bots or automated tools.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Betting or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users of the platform.

xbajer provides services on an "as-is" basis. Service interruptions may occur due to technical limitations or issues.

8.1 Scope of Limitation

• xbajer is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• xbajer is not liable for delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• xbajer is not liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• xbajer's maximum liability for compensation is limited to the user's account balance.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact xbajer's support team first. The support team provides assistance in English 24/7. Both parties will attempt to resolve the issue through discussion for a fair outcome.

xbajer is committed to protecting the privacy of users' personal information. All data is secured through SSL encryption.
